Why levio exists
I trained hard, ignored my joints, and paid for it.
I spent years piling weight on the bar and never thought about my elbows, shoulders, and wrists — the joints that take the brunt of every press, row, and curl. I wrote the stiffness off as the cost of getting strong. It wasn’t. It followed me out of the gym and into everything else.
I tried the joint supplements out there. None did much, and once I read the labels I saw why: actives buried in “proprietary blends,” real doses too small to matter. So I built what I needed — three actives at full dose, every milligram printed.
Levio comes from the Latin levis — light, or easy. Felt right for something built around moving with less weight on your joints.
